Meditation

Over the years we have explored many different styles of meditation. We did not enjoy the seriousness and formality of many of the meditation techniques but we appreciate the great value in all of them.

The style of meditation we do today is called creative meditation or spiritual meditation. It does not pertain to any religion and there are no strict rules. It involves sitting in a chair with feet on the ground and hands on the knees. We ground our space, run energy, centre and clear our space. We aim to sit for at least 20 minutes each morning and it means we enter our day feeling calm, focused, happy and grounded.

Creative Meditation Classes & Retreats

Taught over 4 weeks (one afternoon or evening per week) or a 3/4 day retreat, this class/course will equip you with ‘tools’ to manage your space (sometimes referred to as your aura, electromagnetic field, spiritual energy system).

The techniques are fun and easy to learn and and will help you to manage your space and develop your intuition and awareness. These tools can be used at any time and anywhere and can help you not only deal with any situation, but to respond from a grounded and centred place. No prior experience necessary. Not connected to any religion or faith.

35€ per 4-week course
100€ for private meditation training course (4 classes to suit your schedule)
415€ for 3-4 day retreat (includes accommodation, meals, yoga classes and the meditation course)
37-45€ per day, twin bed in guesthouse + daily yoga + massage + nature walk + healing ..........

"As a free deed, meditation is naturally individual, uniquely our own. It is
where we most fully *become* ourselves. Its practice is also always
individual. There are no rules. Just as every potter will elaborate his or her
own way of making pots, so every person who meditates will shape his or
her own meditation. No two people will do a given meditation in exactly
the same way. The same meditation practiced daily will be different every
time. Every meditation is experimental. One never knows what is going to
happen. Improvisation is essential . . . . Meditation is something to play
with . . . There is no "wrong" way of doing the meditation, except not
doing it!" Christopher Bamford, *Start Now!: A Book of Soul and Spiritual Activities*
