Please make sure that you have a medical insurance that will cover all possible medical needs abroad. An E111 card provided by the NHS will cover UK residents if they require medical services. You can get your card by completing an online form (card delivered in 7 days), calling them direct on 0845 606 2030 (card delivered in 10 days) or by completing a form from the post office (card delivered in 21 days). Please visit the NHS Direct website for more info. All those outside the UK please ensure you make the necessary arranges for insurance and medical cover. 

Please bring comfortable, loose clothing for yoga practice (mats provided). A pair of comfortable walking shoes/boots is recommended.

Depending on the time of year and weather forecast, please bring appropriate attire (if its hot please bring sunscreen, hat, sunglasses etc. and in the winter warm clothing, waterproofs etc).
