Throughout the year we offer a variety of retreats and workshops covering Reiki, meditation, healing, painting, art, dance, crystal healing, drumming, walking/hiking, exploring nature, clairvoyant training and yoga (first weekend of each month plus one family yoga week/weekend each month).

Our retreat packages includes:
Comfortable accommodation surrounded by almond trees overlooking the Sierra Nevada mountains
Nutritious, simple vegetarian meals
Fresh spring water to drink
Two daily yoga classes
Daily meditation session
Daily lecture/classes (topic depending on the type of retreat)
Nature walks and hikes/cycling/mountain biking

Additional services available on request for an additional fee (35€ per hour):

Yoga retreats

This course aims to introduce you to yoga. Going beyond the postures we hope to offer you a broader perspective looking a little at the background, theory and science of yoga whilst including ample opportunity to enjoy posture practice.

Classes are suitable for all including absolute beginners and those new to yoga. Each class includes a relaxation, a series of postures, breath work and a final meditation.  You can work hard or go slow and easy, you simply do what you can manage on any given day. You will not be wrapping your legs around your head (unless you want to!) I encourage students to enjoy yoga without competition or pressure to perform and to feel the postures rather than force them, working closely with the breath. Regardless of how impressive a posture may look, it is only when we integrate the mind and body using the breath, that we are really doing yoga. 

Ian and Carole teach the classes. They have had a private practices for 10 years, explored many styles of yoga and practice yoga daily. Carole has been a massage therapist for over 5 years and has a good understanding of how the body moves and functions, ensuring the classes are safe for all. We are certified by Essential Yoga, registered with the Yoga Alliance, an international professional yoga organization.

Reiki retreats

Reiki is a very simple technique to learn. It has been successfully taught to thousands of people of all ages and background. I teach Reiki I, II and Reiki Mastership. During the course you will receive an attunement. The attunement will enable you to tap into the unlimited supply of "life force energy" to improve your health and wellbeing. Learning Reiki enables you to help yourself, friends and family, even your plants and pets.

I am a Reiki Master and have been practicing over 3 years. I teach Reiki I and II in small groups or privately. The course provides an authentic Usui lineage. I am registered with the UK Reiki Federation as a Reiki Master.

Meditation retreats

This course aims to introduce you to creative meditation. It is a fun and easy to learn. It is not connected to any religion or faith. This method of meditation helps you feel grounded and calm. This course will help you to establish a meditation practice that can be done anywhere.

Relaxation retreats

Explore different ways to relax and discover which ones appeal most to you. You will identify what causes you stress and ways in which you can remove and minimize excess stress from your life.

Detox retreats

Learn more about how to cleanse your body using simple, natural techniques.  Explore how different foods affect your energy levels, focussing on those that may increase increase your natural vibrancy and those that clog up the systems making you feel sluggish. This weekend retreat will equip you with information to gently detoxify your life.

Massage for Couples

Have you declined a partner's request for a back rub because you just don't feel like you know what you are doing? These workshops are held over several evenings or a weekend. The course will not provide massage therapist qualifications, rather it will provide you with the confidence in your ability to touch another with therapeutic benefit.
